Child Support

The father of my baby did not sign the birth cirtificate and he is taking parenting classes so that he can take me court. What if he takes me to court and I dont go, would he then get joint custody of my baby?

Of course. Not going to court is always a horrible idea. Along with representing yourself in a custody matter.
