I don't think there is a form for this in will county, but you can check their forms at http://www.willcountycircuitcourt.com/forms/forms.htm. An Emergency Petition to suspend visitation isn't really a routine matter (most parents are not seeking to suspend visitation) so there won't be a form right on point, but there might be one in general for modifying visitation.
