Child support/child visitation general question
My fiance's ex came and took the kids from him back in 5/08 after dropping them off on him for a year. He has not seen or heard from the kids since 5/08. After leaving several messages with her sister, she finally contacted him in mid-Feb 09'. She is trying to get child support but will not allow him to see or speak to the children. He also discovered that she has relocated to another state without his knowledge. What can he do?

Re: Child support/child visitation general question
There is a lot you can do. First, he can get the court to force her back to IL. Then, he can set up a court ordered parenting time schedule. I have recently finished a case thats sounds similar to yours, and I can assure you that your fiance does not have to take the mother's actions without responding.
