Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

me & my ex are going into a 3 years battle for the custody of our kids, she neglet my kids a lot & i proved to the lawyer that we hired for the kids he is on my side now, but the judge doesn`t what to change anything until i moved closed to the school where they are going so far i need to move but need to sale the house and she wont sign for any xcuse her way to keep the temporal custody what can i do to change the judge opinion regarding the custody they are not doing well in school and they skip a lot of days of school ( my kids ages are 6,8,10 is not like they are teenager to go to school by they own so far my 6 yrs was absent from school 36 day my 8 yrs 27times & my 10 was 16 according to her they where sick but i know is not true ( i paid the insurance of the kids and i have call the doctors) last year my 10yrs old have and accident at school broken finger and i have to take her to get medical attention 2 days later in my weekend i ask why you mother didn`t take you to see the doctor she said for her mom the finger was not broken,most of the time they don`t shower for days they clothes are old with holes or small for them she is not using the money for them just for herself they don`t live with her they live with her mother
