Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am going through a divorce & just found out my wife has been seeing somebody else. We have not filed yet , Do i have any rights due to her leaving the marriage for another man?

You have the right to get a divorce. Illinois does consider adultry as one of the "causes" of divorce but a court cannot consider the conduct of the parties in dividing property and generally will not consider conduct which does not directly effect a child in determining child custody.
