Divorce

MY wife had some property prioe to us getting married. If and when we divorce am I entitle to any compensaton. Her lawyer had drawn up some papers and according to these paper if I sign them I must leave the house by Aug 1.

If you are in a divorce and the other party is represented you need to get your own attorney. This is simply the only way to ensure you do not get taken.

Generally you are entitled to compensation for property obtained after marriage.
