how to protect myself from greedy brother that wants to take over my parents estate all for himself...etc
only my brother & I are in the picture. my parents are in very poor helath.

Your parents need to have a will that comports with their estate planning wishes. Do they have a will? Any trust(s)? Powers of attorney? Life insurance? Are you saying your brother has changed their will or coerced them into changing their will?
