Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex-husband is the custodial parent of our 16 year old. He moved to Texas without any documentation signed by myself or the courts that it would be ok for our daughter to move as well. He left in March and she stayed with me until the beginning of July while I tried to work with him and get something in writing. Now my daughter wants to move back here with me. Her father agreed. I need to know what steps I need to take to make this legal. I will have to register her in school now and will need her dad's assistance and I already know how it will be. I will also need to have the child support modified as well Please help.
