Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Can my ex-spouse employer get fined for not withholding income from ex-spouse check which is awarded? Employer won't withhold because his net pay is not the same and he gets paid bi-weekly instead of semi-monthly and the employer says the child support division doesn't have my case on file. Do I go back to court with the corrected form or just mail the corrected form to my ex-spouse employer?

The notice to withhold sets forth the amount on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis, so his answer is BS if you filled it out correctly. If you made a mistake, fill out a new one and sent it to them.
