Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

In family court can opposing counsel or child mediator request a drug test by blood draw. I dont mind the hair an urine test but I hate needles.

Since the hair test is more sensitive to long-term drug usage, you can volunteer for that probably with no objection. Blood and urine are more sensitive to current or recent drug use. Take your choice. Explain to the Judge your problem with needles and your willingness to consent to one of the other tests.
