Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I filled for divorce last year along with a Emergency order of protection. I never had to call the police so is that still on my husband's record?

After the emergency order, what happened? Was an Interim, or a Plenary Order entered. Did the Emergency Order simply expire? The court records can not be erased, whatever happened.
