Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my ex gf who just broke up with me filed for an order of protection against me based on accusations that never took place and she has no evidence that it took place, i live in illinois and is wondering how i can fight the order of protection.... thank you

Assuming there is no children, it might not be worth your time. OP's are so easy to get in Illinois, and I have not seen a woman denied an OP in years. It's horrible, but its the truth.
