Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My girlfriend and I just broke up and she says I have to move out within the week. I am currently in between jobs and starting another soon, but as of right now I have no where to live other than my car. She says she can evict me right away, but I heard after being here so long I legally have 30 days from when I get the notice. Obviously there is no lease or rental agreement since we were in a relationship so I'm not sure if I really have 30 days. I need time to start my new job.

Assuming the house or apartment is in your girlfriend's name, she has to give you the proper written notice, file an eviction action and then get an order of possession against you before you have to leave.
