I worked, and dispite my disabilityput off as long as I could having to retire /go on ssd..because he jad back and child support to pay thru Dec 2009. I had to leave work in May 2009. He has yet to get fulltime work..not relevant but..maybe.My question is..Iam not going after anything. The home is in my name alone from my 1st marriage. He signed papers @ bank that he has no claim o home etc..I paid his child support from 7/2006-12/2009 of $80 for support,$10 for back support of $8.85..can I recoop any of this? If he was working there would be no question but now that I am disabled over 2 years he has yet to "Man up" easiest way to put it among other things.tank you for your time.

Not likely. His child support isn't a marital debt - ergo the court can't divide it up. The home title means nothing, it's when the home was acquired that matters. Talk to a family law attorney for specific guidance.
