Homeowners rights

My boyfriend moved in 2 months ago, to my house, that I own, am the only one on mtg and title. We had a dispute and which time he called the police and had me arrested for battery. I have been told that I have to vacate the premises for 72 hours, but he does not have to leave. What are my rights regarding getting him to leave my house?

You have to go to court and explain he is a guest in your house, not an owner. Hire a lawyer.
