Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband left with my minor and got an OP against me. Then he brought the child back to me every other day and she stayed at my house over night (I did not know about the OP). Then one day after my daughter was here, husband takes her to ER and then I am accused of violating order. All charges of me were dismissed and AFDC dismissed all charges. However, my husband who was acting as the caregiver never was cleared of his charges with AFDC. In addition, during my trial when husband dismissed all charges, the State's Attorney should have been told he was dropping the charges, and the husband should have been prosecuted for failing to protect the child from abuse, by the very fact that he brought the child back here to the place of alleged abuse made him guilty of abuse. So on June 15, 2010, the Department of Child and Family Services dismissed all charges against me. My husband's attorney fearing the results of the AFDC hearing accused me of child abuse again. How can or where do I go to show the accusations made against me were made to protect husband? this could invalidate all rulings in my divorce Illinois
