Well, is it a farm or is it a home? You need to talk to a divorce attorney when you are ready to file. Or are you worrying about whether you'll wind up getting nothing in the divorce settlement? From what you say, it appaers the farm (house?) is NOT marital property, but if you've helped including putting your own cash and/or sweat equity into it, you may have special "equities" that a court could award you something for -- probably not title to the farm (house?) but some kind of monetary compensation.
