Too many unanswered questions. did you remarry, What did your old divorce judgment say about alimony. If you did not remarry, you are not going to get alimony, as it was probably waived in your old judgment. Depending on what your old judgment says, child support stays at the current amount until a motion to modify is filed. Once filed, as to the 19 yr old high school graduate, child support stops, unless father agreed otherwise. You then need to file a petition seeking college contribution. You should talk to an atty about these issues.
