Unless your judgment limits her to a geographical area, she can move anywhere in the state if she has sole custody. Then unless she has a burden to deliver the kids to you at any point during visitation, you have a problem. File a motion seeking to modify visitation or custody. It is unlikely that any judge will talk to the kids at any point. The judge may appoint an atty for the children, but judges do not like to talk to kids.
