Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I would like to know if it is legal that my ex wife's lawyer refuses to talk to me directly about my stock options checks (that my wife should send me every 3 months). She will only send my check to my lawyer rather than me and also files the checks sometimes instead of sending them.
