Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am legally separated from my wife, we have three children together. My oldest just turned 18 on 7/20/16. I am and have been paying the average rate of $176.66 per child X 3 = $530.00 every two weeks. Is my oldest emancipated per the State of Illinois Law? Can I just now pay for two at $354 every other week?
