Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Livingston co. Illinois and am wondering if adultry is grounds for divorce.... And since I have step kids would I have to pay child support

No, adultery is not grounds for divorce in the state of Illinois. Unless you adopted the children, you do not have to pay child support.
