Medical Expenses
Is the a certain amount of time that I have to file to get his part of the medical expenses he is require to pay? It has been 3 years and he has yet to pay any share of my daughters medical expenses and he is required to pay half in our divorce papers.

Contact an attorney in your area immediately and file a complaint with the court regarding your ex's failure and refusal to pay his share of the medical expenses. The longer you wait the harder it becomes to prove. You may actually have waited too long to recover some of the expenses that you have already paid.
If you can't afford an attorney. Draft your complaint much like you did your question and attach a list of all the expenses you have paid and when you paid then.
