the ex wants to move out of state.. the kids dont want to go... what can we do to stop her

Hello. You should immediately get into court by filing a motion ordering mom not to leave the State with the children. Mom should get a copy of this motion, along with a notice of motion,

at least 7 days before the court date. You definitely should have a lawyer representing you. It is quite probable that the judge will appoint a child representative or guardian ad litem to represent the interest of your children in this proceeding.
