Moving

I am the non custodial parent and today I recieved a letter from my ex stating he was moving the children again but this time he is moving out of town and the county we live in is there anything I can do

Well, if he is moving far away in IL to frustrate you seeing the children, you can file a Petition to stop that. An intra-state removal case is harder to stop than an inter-state case, but can be done depending on the facts. Any removal case will require work and money, as the custodial parent is not likely to simply give in.
