Can opposing counsel or child rep lawyer FORCE a blood draw drug test? Are blood draw drug tests legal?

Only the court can order a medical evaluation. They won't drag you into the hospital, but if you refuse, you'll lose custody/visitation/and everything else. If you don't have a lawyer, consider this your wake-up call.
