Permenate Maintenance
2003 divorce - wife granted permenate maint. I was paying 400 per month. I lost an 80K job 3 years ago and the court reduced it to 200. My new job is only 55k Now my x has taken me back to court and wants more money since she just lost her jobs. The case has been continued several times because she a no show or wont supply all her info as requested. I need to get this stopped somehow someway. Its hurting my new marriage and harder to pay bills with lawyer fees. etc. She now lives out of state. I need help.
I dont think my lawyer is doing all he can, I have had 3 now with no help just taking my money.

You state you have had three lawyers so far. That is a real concern. It is unlikely that all three attorneys are doing poor work. There is probably more to this story.
