prison

i am about to serve a 30 year sentence and i just received a child support notice..will i have to pay? and also if i were to get married while in prison will my wife have to pay?

You only pay child support if you have an income. You must have the child support abated, however, or when you get out you will owe back child support with interest. You have to get a lawyer and go into court and get an order abating support. Your wife is not liable for support payments.
