Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Me and my roommate got into a verbal altercation in front of the police she made a false accusation that I was taking xanax my daughter was not there at the time she was at the neighbors they then said my daughter couldn't come home I convinced them to let her stay at the neighbors and the next day a caseworker called and said she can come home she said she would be coming out Tuesday to do a wellness check on my house and they never showed my friend also illegally entered my house and stole my dog
