my son has had his son since birth and has had custody for 5 years he is 8 half now mom want custody now my son don't want to give custody up his son has been in the same school for 4 years and in sports programs and want to stay in his home mom has just moved in with boyfriend about 30 min way what would you advis him to do

Your son definitely needs to hire an attorney immediately. It sounds as if he has no legal rights to the child whatsoever. If so, the Mother could take the child and have total control.
