Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my son has had his son for three to four year of his life and all the suddenly is mother took him out of school just because my son file for child support and dont want to pay ,is it illegel for her to come and just take him after this many year and not been a responsible parent just because she does'nt want to pay child support to my son.

I haven't seen any orders on your son's case, so I can't tell you if the mother is in violation of any order.
