Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my sons dad wont give me my son back and i have all rights to him. hes in ohio im in illionois. he has had him since june 2nd. Can he get me for abandament? im not in the position right now to take care of my son im living with my cousin i have no job or money what can i do to get my son back?
