termination of parental rights

do I need councel to terminate parental rights if I have alot of good evidence, or can I fill out the proper forms and go in front of judge myself without councel?

Termination of parental rights is a complicated matter involving a lengthy trial, unless the other parent willingly consents to the termination. You definately need a lawyer. Just giving the judge documents or "evidence" will not be allowed. You must file a lawsuit, have the other parent served, and allow for him/her to appear and answer. He/she most likely will have a lawyer who will challenge your "evidence." This is a lengthy and expensive process. You need a lawyer to accomplish what you want.
