Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If someone who is a transvestite gets married to a male, can they still get married as husband and wife? Or would it be considered a domestic partnership in the state of Illinois. My fiance's brother "married" a transvestite, however he claims it is still husband and wife. The transvestite did not tell the judge who married them that technically it is still a man. Wouldn't that be considered fraud? What are the consciousnesses for this?

Other than the fact that this is none of your business, how does your fiance's brother marrying a cross-dresser have anything to do with you? I suggest you mind your own business.
