Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Wife took 3yr old to the gym droped her off at the child care center at 515 and went to pick her up at 605. Upon return to pick up our daughter the door to the child care center was open. She then asked the worker where is my child worker looks around and does not see her. Second worker comes out of break area and was asked the same question where is my daughter she smiled. So my spouse went to look for her after about a min to 2 min on of the workers found her in the bathroom with a 7yr old. What actions are resonable in this situation.

Making a complaint to the management that the children were left unsupervised. Not using the childcare facilities in the future and going to another gym would all be reasonable. You may also want to make a report to DCFS. Anything involving the police is merely overkill and will only frustrate you as a 7 year old cannot be criminally charged and the police will not get too excited about this kind of incident. Make your complaint and leave it at that.
