Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If after a year of marriage, we bought a house but only in husbands name, but mortgage paid by joint bank account , is this house half the wife's as well and can the husband kick out wife legally.

Anything purchased during the marriage is a part of the marital estate, regardless of whose name appears on the title.
