Denied fmla

my daughter was assaulted by her boyfriend &was seen in the E.R she had fracture and had pieces of glass removed from her leg was told by doctor to stay off leg 4-5 days filed for fmla and was told she needed to be out 14 days to be approved she was fired a month later yes that's how long it took him
