Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois
I am currently on fmla and receive short term disability, from a surgery I have had. I have only a little more than one week of fmla time left out of the 12 weeks. What happens if I am not release from doctor by the 12 week. Do they have to have a position for me??

Your employer can terminate you if you cannot return to work after FMLA leave.
