Appeal of a judgement

Can a judgement resulting from non-agreement of settlement terms from a pre-trial settlement attempt be appealed. Our attorneys misled the judge and he lost his patience and allowed the judgement requested by the opposing attorney.

You do have an absolute right to an appeal. However, if you are asking what the grounds of the appeal are, I can not determine that with the information provided.
