Who is responcible for court costs in a civil case in which guilt nor innocents are a factor. The case was to determine the monitary amount to be awarded or not?

Re: Court cost

The court presiding over the civil action will, if asked to, determine who is responsible for which costs. Generally, the defendant is responsbile for them if the plaintiff prevails, and the plaintiff is reponsible for them if the defendant prevails.
