daughter left on schoolbus

My 3 year old daughter was left strapped in her carseat for 3 hours by the bus aide and driver. She was on her way to special ed preschool when they forgot to get her out. Is there anything I can do. She was not hurt, but scared.

Since you daughter was not injured it will be hard to determine the extent of damages you or she is entitle to, if any.

Without tangible and calculable damages, I do not see any way to recover based on the facts that you have given.
