Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

My daughter got 2 tickets, one for doing 12 miles over the limit and another for not having her insurance card she went to court the insurance ticket was thrown out, but she got a 250.00 fine no court supervision,no traffic school she has a clean record she did get a speeding ticket last year but went to traffic school what can I do now to get her record clean?

Did she plead not guilty and had a trial, whereby a conviction was entered or did you plea guilty? If she pleaded guilty you can hire an attorney to vacate the ple on her behalf.
