Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
My husband recently left me for a woman who has no legal authorization to be in this country. He admits she is the reason he left our relationship.
About four weeks ago I posted comments on some of her facebook pictures saying things like "whore". I also emailed her boss saying that is was a shame that donors pay the salary of a woman who spends her afternoons in bars trying to fuck my husband.
Since that one evening, I have not done any of those things again. Two days ago she messaged me saying that I had to call her or she would have me arrested. I told her we had nothing to talk about. She said she would see me in court.
While I realize my actions make me look bad, are they valid grounds for harassment charges?

Not sure about harassment but she could have a strong action for interference with her job.
