Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I am in Illinois in a civil matter regarding the disolution of a small "S" corporation that has been carrying on for over 4 years. Through a loophole and mistake that my attorney and myself let happen this keeps dragging along and appealed to the same judge for small things after the judge issued a ruling on payment. The last hearing date was done via phone between the lawyers and judge with no transcript provided and the judge would not enter his descison on payment terms. He has set another phone conferance for 30 days down the road. Do I have the right to ask for a recorded transcript of this hearing? How long does the judge have to sit on this before he makes a decision that has merit so I can begin collection on? Current attorney has been very vague on answering some of my questions after I spoke of turning in judge for judicial review. Thank you, Dave

You can have a court reporter record a transcript of the hearing but you would have to pay the court reporter. The judge has huge discretion in when he or she rules.
