Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

What kind of rights do I have when I am denied access to my children at a public

I was a coach for one of my son's baseball teams and I was ejected during one of the games. I did not threaten anyone and yet I was banned from the parks to see both of my Children play and when I arrived one afternoon to pick them up after playing, I was arrested in the public park for criminal trespass right in front of my boys. They were left in the care of strangers while I was booked and processed. My tax dollars pay for the upkeep and facilities of those parks. The organization is a private club but they did not follow their own rules in either the resulting actions of my ejection or the care of my children by denying me access to my kids. Do I have any legal recourse?

You fail to say the reason why you were ejected and subsequently banned in the first place. While your tax dollars may pay for the upkeep of the public park, that in and of itself does not entitle you to violate a ban order. You also fail to say how were you banned. You have not provided enough information so as to allow for an answer.
