pain and suffering

My husband molested our daughter and went to jail and i lost EVERYTHING, the car, the house, my job, etc. Can I sue him for pain and suffering?

Even if you could successfully sue for pain and suffering what is it you are hoping to collect from an ex-felon who probable doesn't have a pot to do business in!

I suggest you just stay away from this person forever.

If there are assets, you can possibly sue him under the impact rule, depending on all of the circumstances.

If he does not have assets, there is no sense in going forward.
