Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
Recently I went to the local grocery store to pick up an uncooked pizza so I can cook it at home. My daughter had gone and picked up the pizza which she requested being cheese only. We as a family abstain from eating pork based on our Islamic religious beliefs. After eating the pizza we realized the next day in brighter light that the pizza had circular spots on the top. We believe that those spots had been pork sausage pieces that had been removed so we could then purchase the cheese pizza. However this is not kosher and under Islam we should not eat it.
Do we have a case?

You don't hava legal case but you should let store management know of your suspicions. And remember, they are only suspicions since you do not know for a fact that the pizza had pork on it.
