Where you injured? A claim for personal injuries will require personal injuries upon which to make a claim. You are not mentioning that you sustained any sort of injuries, and so based on no injuries sustained, you do not appear to have a claim.

You don't have a claim unless you sustained some sort of "damages." Is this something you could have ingested? Do you eat at Panera regularly? If they have magnets in the kitchen that can fall into food, this sounds to me like a public safety issue that should be addressed to prevent harm to the public.
