Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Reversal of Representation to Win Case

I filed a small claim to recover a sizeable security deposit from the former building where I lived. The defendant's attorney prepared and presented paperwork to the judge indicating that I was the Defendant. The judge seemingly overlooked the seriousness of this misrepresentation and I prevailed in the case based on my evidence and testimony. It was my feeling that the attorney relied on the sole fact that I presented a pro se case and he wanted to take advantage of the situation. I would like to think that he was honest in his ''mistake'', however, he has a reputation of taking advantage of people with issues against the defendant (real estate firm) and I had a similar issue with this attorney in the 80's. Other than his unethical behavior,if this is a case of misrepresentation and/or fraud against the defendant's attorney, what is the statute of limitation?

This is a case of gobbledygook. I can't for the life of me understand what you are asking. Sorry. You won your case. That is the end of the thing, right?
