Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Use of Name, signature and Image
My former organization continued to use my photograph, personal signature, Former Title on letters, invoices and their web-site for 90 days past my last date of employment. I sent them letters 30, 60 and 90 days out asking them to please C&D. I enclosed an invoice for 90 days of my consulting time to finally illicit a responce, however it was from thier attorney telling me to go away or they will file harrassment charges?? Do I have a basis to collect my money. I see the invoice amount as being kind compared with the aggrevation and distraction they have caused.....Please help!!

Unless you have given them permission to do so, you have a case against them.
